  1. Are You Insured? Yes! A one million dollar liability policy protects you and your event at all times. Our equipment is also covered against theft, loss, fire, etc. Insurance protection is often the most overlooked qualification when looking for a DJ. Don’t just ask your potential DJ if they are insured, demand proof.
  2. Quality versus cost? Your entertainment will determine the success of your event. With Cousin DJ you will get experience, reputation, and professionalism with quality entertainment at your function.
  3. Can We Meet With You? Yes! We encourage all of our clients to meet with us, and generally meet you at our office or another location that is convenient for you.
  4. Will I Receive A Contract? Yes! Every client receives a contract. This document details all services and issues pertaining to your event. It’s a binding agreement protecting both of our interests.
  5. How Do I Know the DJ Will Do What We Want? At Cousins DJ our mission is to make you, the customer as happy as possible. Without happy clients we would not exist. During the past decade, Cousins DJ has taken pride in providing great service to our friends and customers that keeps them coming back year after year. As we grow, we continue to increase our quality of service so that your event is unforgettable.
  6. Do You Offer Planning & Coordination Services? Yes, we will work together with you to design an entertainment package perfect for your special event. We will be your personal Entertainment Coordinators, and help you find a caterer, photographer, videographer and/or other event professionals to ensure that each detail goes smoothly and as planned for your event.
  7. Do You Carry Back Up Equipment? Yes! We have a complete back up of everything in case anything goes wrong, so your event is never in jeopardy.
  8. Will Our Disc Jockey Get Involved With Our Event? It’s up to you! Cousins DJ takes pride in our professional ability to interact with you and your guests tastefully to the level YOU desire. Our DJs can create an atmosphere of elegance and sophistication, high-energy excitement or the perfect mix of both.
  9. How Will Our Disc Jockey Dress For Your Event? Our staff prefers to wear full a tuxedo for formal events, and dress pants, formal shirt and tie for other events. Should you desire a specific form of attire, just let us know in advance.
  10. Can We Request Songs? Yes, select the perfect songs for your celebration. If you let us know before hand you can build a Must Play, Do Not Play and Play If Possible Lists and email it to us.
  11. Do You Have References? Yes! If you would like a list of recent references, please give us a call and we will gladly mail, fax or e-mail a list to you, or view our testimonial page
  12. Will Your Staff Drink Alcohol During My Event? Absolutely Not! Our company policy states “No Consumption of Alcohol Before Or During Any Event.” You will notice the advantages of having a sober DJ!
